By installing, accessing, or using the Warbl Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Warbl is operated by an auto-entrepreneur based in France. These Terms are governed by French law.

2. Description of Service

Warbl is a Chrome browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to help users generate, refine, and translate replies on X (formerly Twitter). The Service includes:

• AI-powered reply generation based on your voice profile
• Text refinement and translation features (Premium)
• Smart web search for contextual information
• Image analysis capabilities

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Warbl. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Free Plan

• 5 AI-generated replies per day
• Voice profile customization
• Smart web search
• Image analysis

5.2 Premium Plan (€4.99/month)

• Unlimited AI-generated replies
• All Free features
• Text refinement
• Translation to 9+ languages

5.3 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.4 Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Warbl to:

• Generate spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Impersonate others or spread misinformation
• Violate X/Twitter's Terms of Service
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Warbl extension, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content generated using Warbl belongs to you. However, you are solely responsible for the content you post on X/Twitter.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Warbl uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before posting
• We are not liable for any consequences of posting AI-generated content
• AI responses are suggestions, not professional advice

9. Third-Party Services

Warbl integrates with third-party services (X/Twitter, Google, Lemon Squeezy). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Warbl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for X/Twitter account suspensions or restrictions resulting from your use of the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your personal data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France. If you are an EU consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
